NACEA Entrepreneurs Meeting
Lecture/Meeting Three: Legal Aspects of Starting Up a Business as Partnership

Information about the Lecture

Pictures from the Lecture

The Third NACEA Networking Meeting was another great success as more than 70 people crowded into the 10th floor meeting room of the Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer building. Online registration again had to be closed 2 days before the event due to the overwhelming response from interested people and limited space.

The lecture started with Willard Shih elaborating on the legal intricacies of starting a partnership. Then William Uchimoto talked about legal issues in funding a partnership business and Zhi Yang gave valuable information about tax and regulation issues in cross-border business between US and China. Afterwards, the speakers were joined by panelist Hui Ma for their informal interactions with the rapt audience members.

Everyone learned a lot and had a great time, and after the talks had a chance to network with other people from the audience and from the speakers.

A big thanks to the following:
