The NACEA beach party held at Sandy Beach on August 25 attracted around 60-80 people. Many who stopped by the NACEA tent and shared food later dispersed to sit closer to the beach, but many others continued to eat and talk and network near the tent.
At the end, some people took a short trip to an Oyster Farm owned by Tony Ni, where they marvelled at the oyster beds, before finishing the day with a good meal at one of the local beach restaurants.
